CHAIR YOGA

A slow and gentle seated yoga practice, with some optional standing elements, that will stretch the whole body in a nurturing and nourishing way.

Particularly suitable for seniors and those with limited mobility but anyone can enjoy this relaxing practice.

I can accommodate classes of up to 10 participants at an offsite location of your choice - Retirement Villages, Aged Care Centres, Senior Citizen Centres, Golf Clubs, etc - or up to 4 participants at the A Kind Life Yoga Studio in Ashmore.
Classes are on request and not currently part of the group class timetable. Chairs and props provided.
PRIVATE SESSION
This is all about you. We'll have a detailed chat a few days before the session about your experience with yoga as well as what's going on in your life right now so I can tailor a practice that's just right for you.

Usually taking place at the A Kind Life Yoga Studio in Ashmore, however alternative locations (such as the client's home) can be arranged.
CORPORATE YOGA
Yoga in the workplace, or corporate yoga, is an essential part of employee health and wellness. Proven to reduce stress and anxiety while increasing energy, focus and confidence, it's also great for your posture especially if you sit down for long periods.

If you've got a meeting room where a space can be cleared then I can come and host a 30, 45 or 60 minute yoga class at your office/club/building. Props supplied, BYO mats, water and towels.
